We may have just found a house in Santa Monica 10 blocks from the beach... for $1,150 a month... for three people. The woman got a job in London for three years and had to leave already. She didn't have time to put it on the market. We e-mailed her about it and she's gung ho ready to get someone in there. We're kind of thinking this has to be too good to be true, but damn son.
