Last night I had totally forgotten that my good friends from SLC, BlackHounds, were playing at Slide Bar! I checked the lineup to see what bands were playing before heading down and low and behold, there they were! I almost missed them, crazy. I was friends with most of them back from when they played in a band called The Lauderdale. BlackHounds is their new southern rock band and they KILLED last night. Such talented guys. They were hands down the best act last night. The crowd was being awful because they're from Utah and the Jazz is in the playoffs with the Lakers. Naturally throw in a few dozen beers and you end up having the "O'DOYLE RULLES" guy from Happy Gilmore yelling at your friends that he's going to kick their ass.
